Washington Heads of Office Leadership Council (WHOOLC) hosted its seventh annual Leadership Boot Camp from October 10–12, 2025, bringing together a dynamic group of emerging leaders for the 2025 Cohort. Over the three-day experience, participants engaged in intensive leadership training led by top industry experts, gained valuable insights from WHOOLC members, and connected with peers during networking sessions—all culminating in attendance at the 2025 Legacy Award Dinner.
Now in its seventh year, the Boot Camp has equipped more than 60 professionals with the skills, connections, and confidence to advance in their government affairs careers. Many alumni have since become Heads of Office or taken on senior leadership roles within major corporations and associations.
