The Washington Heads of Office Leadership Council announces the opening of the nomination process for the 2025 Leadership Boot Camp. The Leadership Boot Camp will take place October 10-12, 2025, at the Four Seasons Baltimore.
The Leadership Boot Camp’s mission is to develop a pipeline of government affairs leaders of color by providing an intensive leadership development weekend designed for learning, thought leadership, and networking. This exclusive opportunity is like no other. Participants will discover new leadership skill sets in an environment that will strengthen their minds and sharpen their strategic focus.
2025 is the seventh year of the Leadership Boot Camp. Since its inception, 52 Boot Campers have completed the program, and several have advanced in their careers to become Heads of Office.
